Since the capitalisation of Prolifico's first real estate fund, in early 2011, the company has successfully capitalised a number of mid-sized real estate projects. From 2011 to 2013, Prolifico sourced and acquired 17 real estate assets in Brazil and has since purchased further assets on a direct deal basis.
